( i cant get beyond 9pm), or is there a rotuine of 1hour-6days a week? or tell me if im planning murder.

An hour of working out is more than sufficient if you are following a good program. You are on FT's program?? You will probably be able to do it in less than an hour. Lift hard!!

As far as the time goes you should be fine working out in under an hour. The only thing that I may suggest is if you can try to go before work if possible. I used to go at night and I quickly found out how easy it was to go home instead. Plus your body releases natural Growth Hormones early in the morning on an empty stomach when you work out. Hope this helped and just to let you know I attend college full time and work at least 40 hours a week and lift so you should have no problem, just stay focused. TRAIN, EAT, REST, GROW. good luck
