To follow the Nutrition plan that FT has given me, it requires that I have approx. 3,500 calories and 45 grams of fat daily. The problem I'm having is that I can't seem to get one without being completely off for the other. Yesterday, I managed to get around 3000 calories, but my fat intake was way too high. Today, I have just about gotten the amount of fat I need, but my calories are way down...
Any suggestions on how I can reach the balance? I already eat tonnes of veggies and tonnes of fruit..but there's only so much of that I can take.
Thanks alot in advance

Hey Gawd123,
I assume that you are on the mas gaining nutrition plan which such a high intake of calories? If so then the extra fat will no be such a significant factor.. as long as it is within a reasonable range.

You mentioned veggies and fruit, but nothing about protien. What sources of protien are you using? Lean beef, chicken, lean pork, milk, etc. They all have some fat in them. Lots of people will also supplement with flaxseed oil or hemp oil. Meal replacement shakes and bars have some fat in them also. Hope this helps.

I have been thinking about this questions for a while. What about nuts, good food with good fat. Also, avocados. Let us know.
