I have been lifting weights only since August of 2001, back then I was 233 lbs. I lost about 29 lbs ever since, gained alot of mass, however my muscles don't show alot specially in the chest and stomach areas. Can someone please help me!!! Some of you guys already know me as the ThunderMan!!! Thank you, any comments are welcome!
You may need to continue with your diet as being able to see your ab muscles are a function of how low your bodyfat level is. As far as your chest, you can better define and shape it by doing compound exercises such as bench presses and flyes, inclined, declined and flat.
