I know there are good and bad fats but doesn't the nutriion tracker lump them into one category. If so, How do we keep track with the good, the bad and the ugly.
Just remember that the "good fats" are often called EFA or essential fatty acids. These are Omega-3 and Omega-6, usually found in nuts, fish, flax seed oil, peanut butter and other natural sources. For convenience, you can also choose supplements if you are not getting enough from natural sources.
