hello. this is my first post. the reason i'm posting is as follows :- my pecs is givin me some probs. my frontal pecs r good .. but my sides of pecs r still kinda not developed .... it's kinda puffy ... anybody plz know any good exercises targeted to that area?

Try a wider grip on the bench or pushups with your arms a little farther out then normal.. I'm guessing you already tried flyes and so on to try and hit that outer area? I think a wider grip helps target the outer area your looking for...

yeah I am sure you have tried flyes too, but just make sure you feel that stretch on the side of the pec when doing flys. Take the fly movement down pretty low.

try speeding up your chest program esp flys with your hands in the position like u r doing barbel presses.
