My Work Schedule

I have a problem with my work schedule. Everyday i get up and workout about 2 hours a day doing cardio and the fitness ft course. That part's great. But my job starts at 4pm and all i do is sit on my butt until I get off at midnight. anyone have any suggestions as to how not to sit here and stew and gain weight. it is especially nerve racking knowing that I have to eat but can do almost nothing to offset the calories before sleep. Thank you for your advise.

I think that since you are working out before work you should not worry about the sitting and eating thing, unless of course you are gaining fat then you should look at your diet.
