I am moderatly built. I'm about 5"5 and 165. I have am not fat at all. Basically around 10% body fat. My question is: I want to gain Muscle.. "EVERYWHERE".. not a ton but probably 10-15 pounds if that. Do i really need to eat 243g of protien and eat close to 4000 calories a day????? I have a semi fast metabolism?? Any info would be appreciated!!

I would say yes. Muscle is tougher to gain than fat, so you need to eat.

Oh spunky, you cannot imagine how much you'll need to eat to gain muscle.....
Look at lean muscle mass as an eternel eating animal that you'll need to feed 24/24.
If you give it what it needs, you'll gain big nasty muscles!! (o;
