The first thing that I learned with working out was to never compare myself with other people. What does it matter that they can lift more, or run faster, etc. And as far as the lifts, there is no way of knowing if you are where you should be because We do not know your routine, or how you started out, or even you stats. Every person is different. I am a 21 year old female and I bench 350, Squat over 600. So, are you going to feel inadequate because I can do more, or lift more? I would have to sya, suck up your whining and just do what you think is necessary, short of injuring yourself. Hope this helps. :) Oh yeah, follow no one, always lead in what you do
