Hey all. I had a question. How do you get fully V-shaped torso? I have a skinny bone frame and I'm 6 foot 170 lbs. I have a 30 inch waist and im fit. (9% bf) My body is hourglass shaped.

Alot of shoulder and back exercises sound up your alley. The shoulders will give you the width, making your waist look smaller, and alot of back exercises will give you that V look taper to the waist. Don't neglect other parts of your body though, or you will end up looking totally out of proportion. Everything will catch up eventually.

Wide grip pull ups is another great answer.......

I love this exercise........

Put a weight belt on to keep getting stronger.

Also, be sure to work your legs. If you do this, it will add to the effect or a really defined torso. Just my 2 cents!

Try the wide back program on here or shoulder program added to your main program. It works! I just finished an 8 week wide back and getting into a shoulder program now, this is added to my regular routine.
