Who qualifies to be in the older community??
People are always getting put down for making time for fitness. From my personal experience, I can tell you that when you have to drive kids to their activities after your job and between other obligations, your abs are a low priority.
Now I don't have those problems, and I'm looking forward to having time to play on the gym equipment whenever I want!!
I hope the older community isn't full of people who acce
