Hey steve2, how are things?? Still getting pumped up? I'm going for heavier weights and lower reps to crank the mass. Seems to be working!!

I found the mass workout great!!!! I am in my sixth week of a high rep workout; just to change things around and loose a couple of pounds; it is an ft program and it is good too. What a pump!!! Some of the sets start with 16 to 20 reps. Wow some days are hard. Glad to hear your getting stronger. How is that creatine going? What about that protein or are you a chicken and tuna man? eeeEEEEEYUK

Glad to hear you're getting pumped!! Still on creatine. I think it's helping. Also on the protein shake and eating lots of cottage cheese and chicken. Can't do the cat food. Yuk is right. I try to get all the protein I can but sometimes the choices get old. Keep up the good work man. hear from you soon.

Sorry to butt in on your thread, but cat food? Do people really eat that for protein? Egads!

HAHaHA- He is talking about tuna yuk!!!! But your right it might as well be cat food. Most cans of tuna contain 25 grams of protein, 0 carbs, and .08 grams of fat if packed in water. Still yuk!!!!

No problem al; it's a free site!! Like steve says, it's tuna. Lots of protein but the smell. Gross. I used to like it but can't handle it anymore. I guess too much tuna and noodle casserole when I was a kid!!
