Age doesent matter; body building can work for you at any age. The key is technique;

Just the health benefits are well worth it. The cosmetic look you get from it is just icing on the cake!

bb1, believe it or not, I continue to read your posts with much interest. It's so encouraging knowing that age has very little impact on cutting the body and looking lean. I'm 43 and I know you're a little older so that keeps me motivated. Thanks!

yeah...51 next month! Am training for a contest in March now, with 2 in May. We will see after that! Chic magnet?? Works pretty well to hear your wife constantly telling you how proud she is of you. Pretty cool stuff. Keep up the attitude. You guys are all a great help here on this board too. Sometimes I can reinforce myself just by reading some of the concerns and questions posted.

Age has nothing to do with it, as we all have something in common, Living a healthy life!

I'm old, well not really only 43. To be honest with you though there is not one physical activity that I am not as good at now as I was 20 years ago. I am stronger now and did not start running in 5 and 10k's until I was 39. I don't win them but I finish them well enough to watch some younger folks come in behind me.

well, there's this lady in my hood who's 76... she heard about the 'internet' the other day and after some research, she decided she should be a 'part' of it... so she went out and bought herself a power mac and taught herself (she's a widow) how to not only send emails and surf the web, but also some HTML too!

holy crap, i hope i have some motivation like that when i'm old like you guys... (jk)
