Can someone give me a back width exercise that i can do with free weights in my home? I have no access to machines, and chin-ups are prevented by an injury. I have no problem lifting weights, but the chin-ups strain my lower back.
hmm. Thanks Raven. I had already checked that out. It seems that either chin-ups or machine work are the only things listed for back width, unless I am missing something.
If chins hurt your lower back, then bent-over rows will definately cause some pain. How about lat pulldowns? Have you given them a shot? Just go as wide as you can and it will eventually give you wider lats.
