I was told about this web site a few weeks ago and have only a few days ago noticed the message board.What a great idea! I am a 28 year old sprinter with a recuring injury(shin splints)....so i have had to cut back on the training and decided to train more on the weights. I have already had some great advice and i hope that i may be able to help some of you people in the near future..Kev
