I happen to cam upon this sites throught weightsnet. I just signed up so I'll be starting the program to gain muscle mass. I've been going to the gym since 1995 off and on and was looking for something to help me really keep with it this time. I hope this site will help me get to my goals.

It looks very solid.

Welcome to the site. Seems like there is a new sign-up everyday. Hopefully you will get what you want out of the site. So far it has been useful anf helpful, in my humble opinion. Let's see what happens in a couple of weeks after we have all tried things out. Good luck with your program!!

Gotta like getting all of these responses. The key to on-line communities is speaking up, basically. Now that we have a bunch of new guys, we need to motivate each other to work these programs and see where it takes us. Good luck!!

What's up J,
I'm doing the same twelve week program. You'll like it if you like the soreness and notice the gains right off. Stick with it. Keep focused. Stay in touch. Merlin
