My name is slikcat. Recently joined, about to get started. I've been trying to gain more size the past 2 years, seemed to have slowed. New diet, new program here...I'm extremely optomistic with it. Thank you

What's up Slikcat, This is a helpful site and it seems to work so far so good. I'm doing the 12 week mass gain routine. Totally different than what I was doing in a good way. Keep focused. Merlinhog

Good news. It seems that most of the new members are gravitating towards that program. I was hoping that people would be willing to reveal their successes to each other and make a general motivational board. The Last Week (April 23-27)Joinees message topic was a start on that, if you want to share your goals and questions. Maybe you'll send some messages over on that topic.
