Hey snowboarder_76. I'm also 17, and I just found this site today. I'm 5'8 and 120 pounds and I really want to get some muscles! I just wanted to say hi and let you know that I'm also a new kid on the block!
Sincerely, Emily

Hey Josh and Emily, Merlin here. I'm 24, but to be 17 again and have known what I know now. Wish I would have stuck with baseball. But I can still get back into it right? I'm still young I hope. Good to see you both here. Good luck. MerlinHog.

Hi, You wanna lower your fat count? Get to your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. That doesn't mean you can't drink a glass of water though. It's important that you don't dehydrate so keep the water flowing. Try that simple step and let me know how it works after 3 weeks. Of course, you must jog for 20 minutes 3 times a week.
