Hello everyone, I an 17 and 6'3 and 240lbs. Pretty solid but am looking for a training program to lower unneeded fat and increase muscle mass. I think ive found it!?! Any Sugg's??

Hi,
You wanna lower your fat count? Get to your cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. That doesn't mean you can't drink a glass of water though. It's important that you don't dehydrate so keep the water flowing. Try that simple step and let me know how it works after 3 weeks. Of course, you must jog for 20 minutes 3 times a week.
