Hi ft communitie.My name is chopper.i got into weightlifting about a year ago but quit because I lost my
best freind in car accident.Since than i finally have gotten the will to train again.I have learned alot more,but am still wanting to learn about nutrition.
I use to eat alot and lift,got big but still not to my satisfaction i have been logging on to ft more and more and decided to follow an exercise plan and a nutrition plan.if fellow ft members are intrested and have good advice i will keep you posted. god bless you
