I'm in my 5th week and have noticed quite a difference in my muscle gain and strength!! I love Freetrainers.com!! I can't wait to see the results in a few more months. If you're new stick with it and train hard!!

coolness,

I totally agree with you. With the printout of my workout plans, I can keep track of all the weight and reps. I'm only in my second week, but I have already increased the weight and my strength. Results come quickly with ft. Just like you said, "If your new, stick with it and train hard."

Mical.

Mical,

Are you training at home or in a gym? Machines or free weights? What are your goals. I'd to get as big as my frame will allow. 6', 160 lbs. I need to eat a lot because of a high metabolism. I also need to get a protein drink. Good luck with your training. Lets inform each other of progress. Pump it up!!
