hi just started with ft and have been using the abs program as a test of the service.
any one have feed back on this program, it has started out very easy for me.

I don't know how in shape you are, but I think the program does work. In the beginning of my ab program, I had the hardest time doing the leg raises. It killed me the first couple times that I've done them, but I think it does work. I'm starting to see a bit more of my obliques.

yeah it works, push yourself if you need. Try a workout program also they work too. -snow

Besure to keep your diet clean and you will notice some very good gains. I don't know where you stand know so I can't say if you'll get that washboard belly in 12 weeks. But either way you'll make gains. As mentioned above keep your diet clean, since it is a very important part to seeing those abs.

I usually add a couple days to do abs more. Abs and low back are used in so many excercises that they should be strong. It will work though. Stay focused.
