A question for the experienced. Is it OK to do additional lifting, etc. with the daily workout?? I want to especially work on my biceps and triceps. Thanks.

Hey coolness..

write for me what you want to do.

You have to remember that biceps and triceps are small muscles and must not be overtrained. Overtraining these muscles is the major reason for lack of results.

Arnold,

I have the"long torso", long arms. It seems that even though I am gaining mass it isn't as quickly as I would like. Maybe I'm just being too impatient!! What exactly does overtraining do to them?? Thanks for your input. How long have you been training? Are you the real Arnold?

Coolness...

I have the same type of body. Short torso actually and long arms and legs so results trickle in instead of pour in. Be patient and don't overtrain. It may take six months to a year to see some results you are satisfied with, but if you want to do it correctly, you'll be better off.
