Just a quick one, after giving up smoking and starting to pack on some serious weight, I found this site and started an exersise plan, and finally got motivated to give those weights that have been gathering dust for years lets see what happens ?

Good luck to you titanoz! The best part is that you quit smoking, I struggle with that myself....good for you. Hopefully, one day I can say the same.

i am willing to bet your cough will go away and you will breath better. take the money you save from smoking and buy some work out stuff that you will use and most of all dont give up keep working out and exercising. take your time till you get in better shape and dont get discouraged and quit. every exercise you do makes you that much stronger. good luck

Thanks for the support guys,I have just finished my 2nd week and I am going strong! As for the smokes - over 3mths now, after over 20years of the habit I will NEVER take it up again, I am amazed at my fitness level already, no coughing etc. I was a die hard smoker so if I can QUIT ANY ONE CAN so if you smoke and read this , give it a try you will never regret it, thanks again!!
