and this time I will succeed. I am a 34 year old female and weigh 210, I'm 5'6" and an uncomfortable size 14 (16 would fit better but I'm NOT buying them!) Three years ago I was down to 172.5 (thank you Weight Watchers) but the pounds have slowly crept back on. I want to start a family with in the next two years so now is the time to loose the weight. I am not really aiming for a specific weight (although 160 would be nice), but more of a comfortable body image and size (a samll size 12). So, here I am and watch me go!

The real key is to really make exercise a lifestyle. I've noticed some difference in body size myself after I started exercising regularly the last several months. I had people noticing too. Stick with it and you will see the results.

Thanks for the introductions and support. I've been to the gym three days this week (two weight training and one aerobics) so I am on a roll!

1) I think you have found the right pllace for support. 2) I really wish I could motivate my wife to follow your lead. She's about your size. 3) Good luck, keep charging. 4) I commend you. I know a few women your size, and they would never admit their weight. Kudos.
Again... good luck... you're on the right track!
