Hello all. I'm Jim Warren. I am 26 years old, married (6 years), father of 2 sons (5 and 4), and I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, where I am stationed in the US Navy. I stand 6' tall and weigh in at 233lbs. I'm perfectly happy with my weight, but at 19% body fat I feel I have a lot of room for improvement. This should give you a laugh: I garner a lot of my motivation from watching the WWF. If you do the math... I have the same height to weight ratio as HHH, and I only weigh 2lbs more than Chris Jericho! I just haven't got the killer physique that either of these guys have. OK... I'm nuts. Anyway... If any one would like to know more about me, ask here in the forum, by e-mail ( bigjim@phobia.net ), on AOL IM at TheBadCav, or on ICQ at 51480049.

Welcome to FT badcav. Tough place to be stationed, huh?! Great to have you on board. (no pun intended)!! I'm sure FT will help you reach your goals. Lots of great folks here to help. My brother just retired from the Navy at Patuxent N.A.S. in Maryland. Nice place but Hawaii, cool!! Welcome again.

"Welcome to FT badcav." Thank you.
"Tough place to be stationed, huh?!" The toughest. Actually, since most everyone I know lives in the Midwest, it's a little difficult. I make due though.
"Great to have you on board. (no pun intended)!!" Ouch. That hurt.
"I'm sure FT will help you reach your goals. Lots of great folks here to help." I hope so... and it seems that way. Very supportive group from what I can tell.
"My brother just retired from the Navy at Patuxent N.A.S. in Maryland. Nice place but Hawaii, cool!!" Congrats to him. I respect people who retire from this, as I can't see myself doing so.
"Welcome again." Thanks again.
