Hi im pretty new here and so far (1 week), i have not seen much of an improvment,so i would like to know which worked best for you.

welcome to the ft!
Listen, there is no program in the world which will give you results within a week. If any program is followed correctly, then results whoul become visible within the first month - 4 weeks. Then following about 8-10 weeks.. your body adapts to the program and results plateau. That is why ft has programs which consist of 8-10 week intervals.
So listen.. stick with it and you'll soon be rewarded.
btw - I did the 12 week mass program and got great results!

Welcome to ft! I agree with Arnold, there is nothing that can acheive "healthy" results in a week. The hardest thing with any program is patience. Every body is different, but you should start seeing some results within your 4th to 6th week. It all depends on where you are at right now and what your goals are. Just follow the program with patience and I am sure you will be happy with the outcome.

Like Arnold says, be patient and stick with it. It takes hard work, time, diet, supplements, dedication to achieve results. I'm on my 2nd 8 week split but have seen great improvement. Not where I'd like to be but I know it takes time. Lift cool!!
