Hey out there! Love the site, but could use some corroboration on the 12 Week Mass Program. I had been lifting on a 5 Day split, one group per day, usually about 5 exercises per group. I am concerned that only two or three exercises won't be enough (as the plan dictates). If anyone out there can tell me it's okay and will work, I'll trust them and stick with it. Any advice?

Hi nclarsen,

I have been doing the 12 week mass program and I felt the same
way (more is better). I am into my sixth week and my strength
gains are going up rapidly. Stick to the program and I think you
will see a difference too. Mine is a 5 day split and I guess I was
overtrained.

welcome,

I ave used it and have had great results. The reason there are only 2-3 exercise per body part are because they are basic exercises which specifically target building size / strength and a solid base. Trust me.. following the program to the points.. failing at the reps dictated will truly test you. You'll be happy that there ARE only 2-3 exercises.

Gook Luck!
