I'm a 33 yr old female looking to get in shape again. I've been on a lowfat balanced diet for 3 weeks now and have been walking 30-40 minutes 4-5 days a week. So far I've lost 8 lbs! I've never lifted weights, but have been told I can burn more fat if I gain more muscle. I need to lose another 35-40lbs. I may have some way beginner questions along the way (Bear with me). My first question, how do you look up meal replacement bars and protein bars (Clif, slimfast, protein plus, etc...) in the food search? Thanks for any suggestions.
Welcome to FT!! Glad to hear you're making progress. Check out the shopping center for some items. You will probably want to try protein bars, etc. on your own from GNC, etc. You will burn more fat if you weight train. There are many more to help you on your journey through FT with more experience. You've chosen a great place to be!!
