Hap9 are you following a ft exercise program? Have you been doing weight training before and how old are you?..... Why not putting in your profile so we know a little bit more about you and then can advice you better?
For a beginner I'll say 3 times per week is enough. Yes, if being serious, you'll get muscle mass with this.

Welcome to FT. Need more info on your first question. Are you taking hemogenin NOW ? spell out what Dball is. I can guess but want to be sure what you are asking???????????
