Hi Everybody:
I signed up today to this board. I participate in other fitness boards as well and this board seems to be pretty good.
About me:
46 years old
Happily marrried
Got back into being fit July 2001. Started out of shape and lazy.
Weighed 240 lbs/44 " waist in July 2001.
December 2001 - 160 lbs/32" waist.
Today - 158 lbs/ 30" waist.

Workout 5 days a week - Lifting + cardio.

My philosophy:
Eat less(when reducing)
Eat clean
Exercise(Lifting + Cardio)
Discipline

Looking forward to working with you folks.
