Hi there!!!I am fairly new to the site..I am starting my second week of a begginers gain muscle mass workout and would greatly appriciate any tips or advice on training and gaining mass...This is a great site...and I have already got alot of info. from it..but I just can't get enough...I am hooked..thank you....
