Yup new guy. Right here. I've actually lifted weights on and off for years. In my experience I hit em hard for about a year and then quit. However THIS SITE RULES!!! I've always known individual excercises, but having it all planned out for me is great. It makes it alot easier to get up dirt early and work my butt off when all I have to do is follow directions.

Yes it's easy to follow the exercise programs in here. Just print them out and bring the papers to the gym and there you go. Any questions about the exercises and you'll find it under the descriptions. Glad that you join us and good luck!

The second post must have been a duplicate. Mods often delete duplicate (or even triplicate) messages. It's very easy to hit the Enter key twice...
