I have been working out for about 6 months now and about three months into it I had nice gains about 15 pounds worth. Now after three months of telling myself to be patient, I still am not seeing anything. What do I do? Change my workout? My friend says that how much you gain has to do mainly with your bone structure. Again, What do I do?

Welcome to ft! Sounds like you may have hit a plateau. Are you still gaining any strength since you've noticed the halt in your gain? Have you changed your diet or workout routine? Do you take any supplements?
First, I would advise signing up for an ft mass program. Then, follow the nutrition guide and increase your total caloric intake.
Good luck!

I have definately hit a plateau, but I am still gaining strength. I just joined ft and signed up for the mass program. I am currently on creatine supplements Cell Tech, and liquid creatine. I am now currently in the process of changing my diet.

Wait, you take both Cell Tech AND the serum? No need to do that...choose one or the other, although Cell Tech would be my preference.
Glad you decided to change your diet. This will definitely help.

it's sound like your taking care of your diet. Now you have choose exercise movements that relate to your goal. Make sure your body is properly balanced, don't worry about bench pressing 3x wk. Identify your weak muscles and conditioning them first.

Yes it's a problem with your diet.
I don't think you have realized how much in fact you have to eat to be able to build up muscles..... It's amazing how much your body needs.
See a guy like Ernie Taylor, okey he's professionnel (and got huuuge arms!:) but this small butt (Ernie) needs to eat 8000 cal daily just to be able to KEEP his muscles.....
Of course you shouldn't be eating whatever (or you'll just become fat) but healthy food and LOTS of it. Think about that one and try to calculate your needs.
