For the last two weeks during the shoulders and tricep part of my workout the site has been assigning me lying tricep extensions twice. Basically 8 sets. Is this just s glitch?

Hey bro! I don'nt think this is a problem, since your muscles need time to react to a cirtain exercise. Many lifters keep their workouts the same for 2-4 weeks, to get the full benefit of that exercise. After that though, its time to change your routine. Lates bro, good luck.

That's a good question. The same thing has happened to me: getting back to back lying tricep extensions. I think I read in some other post that this was in fact a glitch...
