Hello everyone at FT. Im working out on a regular basis & pondering the idea of suppliments. Ive got a pretty slow metabolism due to losing about 28 pounds two years ago (I pretty much stopped eating). I've seen a few of people use the creatine powders but as they have gotten slightly bigger the majority heaped on a slab of fat around their mid-section! Im reluctant to try this as I don't want extra pounds of body fat on me, I'd like to get more muscular but keep the body fat down (& lower it if possible). Any idea's?
