Hi,let me start by commending the creators of this site for a very exciting and involving approach to all our fitness quests. I joined on Monday and , yes, I'm already feeling the effects of a the different programmes I'm running. I havent been able to get some of the very motivational graphs to work though (particularly the ones for the abdominals) which is perhaps a little let down.Again more power to FT!
