Check out ft exercise resources, exercise tools, and then basics of exercise. It'll explain but a rep is 1 curl, and a set is a certain # of them. 10 or 15 or whatever.

cain got it.. you lift a weight for say 15 REPS (going through that motion 15 times w/o stopping) then you put it down and rest.. that was the first 'set'.. then you pick it up again and do another X amount of REPS and put it down.. that was your second SET... should be clear...
