Hi, I'm just starting today with my workout routine. I do have one question and that is cable crunches. I'm going to be working out at home. I have a cable weight machine so I can do lot's of exercises but I can't do the cable crunches do to I have a seat in the way. I was wondering what I could do to substitute in it's place.
You can substitute with vertical bench crunches, seated leg tucks, leg raises, hanging leg raises and/or twisted hanging leg raises. All target the lower abdominals.
