Hi everyone!
My name is Justin and I am new here!!! I am currenlt 6'1" and about 280.. I am triing to lose around 60 lbs! I am pretty ner to dieting and exercise. I am currently on a slimfast diet which consists of 2 meal bars a day 5 days a week... My main problem is I eat like crap on the weekends! I am trying to get my eating habits on the weekend changed around. In one out there have any tips of comments about my diet or goals?

I think some people have cheat days in their diets but i'm not sure if they would have those just starting out. I never really saw anyone lose weight with slim fast so i'm not too sure that would be a great diet route.. but then again I haven't seen too many people actually saying its bad so i'm really not sure... you probably should focus on adjusting your diet.. if you know what you eat in an avverage day you could post it here and people would probably help you figure out what you could change...

Well, how is your slim fast diet working out for you? If you are using it and eating a balanced diet all around and seeing results then I say stick with it. Most people do have one cheat day a week so I wouldn't worry about that too much.

Also, you should compare your diet to the nutrition goals FT has set up for you in your nutrition program and maybe try to work around that.

Maybe you are too strict with yourself during the week days so when it's weekend you are toooo hungry and then just eat whatever.....
Try being a liiittle bit less hard on yourself and then keep to just one cheat meal weekly.
