4 days a a week.. I think you could try the 12 week ab program and that coupled with a sound diet should get you some really great abs working them only 3 days a week... although its easy starting out it does get pretty rough towards the end...
The 12 week ab program is really good. If you are used to doing abs though, you probably won't feel challenge until later on in the program. I started to feel the challenge in about week 5. Hope this site will help you get the results you want.
