hey every1! this is a great site-i always thought u had 2 pay 4 something like this... well i've just joined and my main goal is to get some muscel on those bare bones of mine. ;) i like sports-i play tennis and have just started Karate (which i definately recommend!), and in my free time basketball, football, swimming and windsurfing. (windsurfing is another thing i recommend!) well i've read a couple of posts here-and i'll take the advice on what foods i should mainly eat. however, i'd be more than happy 2 recieve some more advice-u can take it i know nothing about bodybuilding and stuff like that... well then-till soon...
What kind of advice related to working out are you looking for.. other than the ft program you just signed up for have you been working out long and whats your current stats (height/weight/etc)... try and fill out your community profile..
