I started the Protein Power diet about 2 weeks ago and lost 8 pounds, but I am very out of shape, so I joined a gym a few days ago. I went yesterday and was weighed and all that good stuff, and I did some cardio. Well, I went back to the gym today and I have lost another 3 pounds. I am so glad that I finally started an excercise program, I feel a 100 times better already. It's amazing what a liitle excercise will do for a body.
