HEllO, I have lifted for awhile now. I am interested in getting abs. I have started a diet and have lost approx 18lbs since november. I am interested in bodybuilding would like some help on what diet to use.
I've started training since Feb. and doing ab training during every training session. Don't forget to train your back also, to balace out your core strength. Having core strength helps you with all of your other lifting and training.
