Hi everyone :). I've been weight training seriously for about 2-3 months, but still have much to learn and accomplish. I have to work out when I can, but am trying to get myself organized enough to have a real "plan" to follow. I hope to learn tips here to keep me motivated as well as help me see the results I want. Hi heather!!and everyone!! I'm new too, only been at this for a week!!. It's been fun so far and hope it continues..it helps when u have real people to communtciate with to share experiences!!..keep up the good work.

I am rather new here too, but from what I have seen, this is a great place! Your goals sound a lot like mine (though I have never articulated them so precisely) so I know what you are dealing with. Its is very helpful to have people to talk to, though. Use this place to help motivate yourself - I know I do!
