Diet, lift 4 days a week, and do cardio when I'm not lifting. (Well I try to get to cardio. :p) Welcome to ft.

Hi Summer. Welcome. You sound pretty ambitious with your workout goals. This is the place to find inspiration and guidance.
I follow the FT 8 week mass program. I am currently in my second 8 week program and coupled with a great diet I am seeing serious results.
