Hi I am new here. Years ago when I used to work out we would start light and work up with heavier weight and less reps through the set. What do we do here.
Yes.. ft tells you to that in your exercise routine you should increase the weight in each set.. train to failure for each set. So therefore if your reps per set decrease the weight should increase..
