hi every1 out there.. am steve from australia, am 19 years old and a student at uni, studying Computing and Digital TechnologY(Information Technology). My goal is to be the biggest ever, i think am very new to the bodybuilding bcz i've been training 4 around 2 months now, no good results yet but am dreaming of it, but 1st i need to take as much fat as possible out of my body.. any advices or dips to help me out wud b app..

Welcome Steve - about the best favor you can do for yourself is to browse the sight and get a better idea of specific questions. There's lot's of help here but you can speed the process with more knowledge.

thats great we've got sumthin in common Philia2 and to speed the process as mr. mikencharleston is saying, i need exercises that will burn the fat in my body as quick as possible.

Check out the designed programs here at ft. They have them for your specific goals. Sign up for a cut and tone progam, good luck. I am into my 9th week of the 12 week mass program at it ROCKS!

Hey Steve, glad to have you here. Another thing you will want to look into is a good diet plan. Having a healthy, balanced diet, eating less but more often, and burning more calories than you take in, will help you lose the fat too. Track your calories so you can measure your progress and stay on top of things. Good luck.

thanxs guyz for ur advices, just an outline to qualters, as u saying, i do have a program at the gym that am going to, am on the 3 level, i had 2 assessments and its kinda working, so i dont know if i leave that and start doing the ft cut and tone program, i have signed the program but am not folloing it. AND i havent told my fitness advisor, so...... wot do u think qualters, and u all guyz out there. ==== steve

If you are getting good results with your current program, stick with it. You can always try an FT program at a later date.
