I just read this pretty good article and it explained a few key points about cardio. If cardiovascular is your goal aim for higher aerobic intensity. However if your goal is to maximaize fat burning then your heart rate should be lower. Use the talk test....go as fast as you can while being able to engage in a noraml conversation. Remember fat burning is aerobic therefore it requires oxygen for oxidation......Welll its some food for thought I GUESS
