Hi, cardio question

I am a new commer to the site. With my program (at home) would it be affected much if in the off days of my program I do a lot of cardio I cycle daily 10 to 20km. And train in martial arts three days a week.

That depends on your goals. If you aim to gain mass, then limit your cardio. If your goal is to lose weight, then cardio away...

Thaqnks for the input loosing body fat is my goal right now I did weight training years ago and after getting married having kids all the regular excuses and bad eating habbits. now i am trying to return to better health & fittness
