Hello, I thought that I would post and say that I am new here. My only problem is motovation at this point. Kinda hard to get motovated when you get home at 2:30A.M. from work. I work for a computer manufacture in their Technical Support department. I have been there for 2 years now, and with all the sitting on my butt I imagine you can guess what happened to me.

Glad to have you aboard. I too am in Tech support, about 4 years now. I read an article about IT saying that we snack more than anyone else on the job. I can see your problem. However, I have found once you get your program going, there is no better job to have when you need to eat 6 times daily! Get a workout partner if possible. Good luck!

ischjli, you have a good point about the eating 6 times daily. By the way my friend and I are going to start lifting, we just need to get the best schedule for us both to ensure that we stick with it.
Thanks for the advice!

First off, let me welcome you here. What about working out right before work? Would that fit both your schedules?

roni0906 that is what my friend and I are actually planning on doing...we both work at the same place and have the same schedules..hahaha, so it does work for both of us. I thought about lifting before work, and then after work do cardio like ride my bicycle. By the way, I finally started today on the long road of fitness. Followed through with my FT workout plan, and did some cardio......YEA for me...

Congradulations, now all you have to do is keep it up. Once you have done it for awhile, it will come like second nature.
