Hello everyone. I'm a 31 year old female looking to lose weight & tone. I was wondering if it actually works. I see a lot of pictures; however, now a days with computer graphics it's difficult to tell what's real or not. If anyone can give me some positive feed back I would greatly appreciate it.

Welcome to ft! The program will work, provided you complement it with a sound diet and cardiovascular exercise (at least 3x per week). Check out ft's nutrition program to determine your daily intake requirement.
Good luck!

tvmartha, I for one am very happy with my results. So you have a total of 2 votes of confidence thusfar. I'm sure there will be more coming and even if there aren't, you never know how things will work out if you never give them a chance! Welcome to ft (and don't forget to fill out your showcase profile)!

Hi tvmartha, This is only my second week here at ft. and it has worked for me. I have gotten a lot of info from ft. plus some great advise from the members, such as lumina20, and robert. If you ask chances are you will get a few answers. Best of luck.

This is where I started when I got real active about going to the gym. Not only does it get you started off on the right track, but it gives you the proper way to do the exercise. Once you are used to weight training, you can vary your routine, but if you are new to it. I would at least stick with one program to get you doing the right exercises. Good luck and you will see results.

Thank you all for you positive responses. I truly appreciate it. Being as stubborn as I am and with the great return reply ratio of this whole website I know that I will conquer the battle of the bulge. I did it once & I know I can do it again.
Thanks again for the warm reinforcement and welcome.
